  1. Prepare ingredients, broccoli and mushrooms (or other ingredients you like), onions, and cut into spare.

  2. Making juice: 1 spoon, 1 scoop, 1⁄2 scoop of red sauce, 1 scoop of starch, 2 scoops of sugar, salt, add water, add more water if you want more soup, I added almost half of it. The bowl looks like, stir well and set aside. (The spoon I use is the kind of ordinary stainless steel spoon. It is enough to put a little salt, because the soy sauce and the braised sauce have salt inside, please adjust according to your taste.)

  3. Boil water, boil water, add broccoli and mushrooms, cook and remove.

  4. Put the fat beef into boiling water and cook until the meat is discolored. Immediately remove it. Do not cook for too long, otherwise it will be bad.

  5. Put the oil in the hot pot, add the onion and softly to the fat beef and adjust the juice, stir evenly, stir it for a few ten seconds to get out of the pot! (Because there is starch in the juice, please be careful not to paste it when you fry!)
