Notes:

I prefer to eat spicy food, so I made some changes on the original beef rice noodle recipe, plus the spicy flavor.

  5. Add the braised pork soup and cold water (1:1) in the pot, put the rice noodles after the soup is opened, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

  6. Go out and put the coriander or chopped green onion to serve.

Tips:

1. The halogen package is recommended to use the non-woven tea bag spice, which is convenient for discharging, and can be directly discarded after use, which is better than metal. 2. After the rice noodles are cooked in clean water, the rice noodles will be compared with the cold water.
