Add the fried garlic and sauté the garlic. It is said to be a classic tidal practice.
Wash the watercress for spare. The beef tendon can be cooked whole, or it can be cut in half, depending on personal preference.
Garlic chopped, add a little cooking oil to the pot, fry the garlic to golden brown on a small fire, remove the drained oil and set aside.
Hot water in the pot, put in the beef tendon after the water is opened, cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
Put in the washed watercress and cook for a minute or two. Season with salt and add the fried garlic to the pan.
If you like a softer Western dish, cook it for a while.
