I like to eat noodles more than noodle soup and fried noodles. However, it is easy to give yourself a sip. Some practices will steam the face in advance, I have not tried it, maybe it will be extraordinary. However, my usual practice is to throw the face directly into it, because usually the face is made to eat, afraid of trouble.
The pork belly is cut into thick slices and fried in a frying pan until it is discolored. Add a little oil to the original pot, sauté the scallions and minced garlic, pour the beans into the cut into the folds of the beans, then pour the pork belly, the amount of soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar and stir well, add the water without the meat, and boil the fire. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Half of the soup is served. Spread the pulp noodles evenly into the pot, pour the previously poured soup, cover, and simmer until the juice is collected.
Add some salt and seasoning and mix well.
Bring it out, add some spicy sauce and mix it better~
