I have done many times in the bean paste bag. The skin that I made was not rough or the skin was crumpled. Later, I simply didn't make it, and it ended very well.
The yeast is first melted with warm water below 40 degrees, and other materials are placed in the cooker for 3 minutes.
Remove the kneaded dough on the table and knead until the dough is cut without small air holes.
Divide the dough into ten portions and use 20 g of bean paste.

Place the prepared dough into a pot filled with water, cover and ferment for 30 minutes.
