Remove the bean sprouts from the roots, wash them, and control the water. Shark with soy sauce, cooking wine, salted for 15 minutes

When the bean sprouts are fried until half-cooked, pour the shredded pork into the bean sprouts and cook. Add some chopped green onion to serve.
