Wash the oil tofu when it is bought, and wash the bean sprouts.
In the pot, the bottom oil, the oil is poured into the ginger and the scent is scented. Pour the bean sprouts and stir fry a few times to let the bean sprouts go down.
Then pour in the oil tofu and stir fry a few times. Add a spoonful of salt and a little water, cover the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Be sure to cook the bean sprouts.
Add some chopped green onion to get out of the pan.
