This dish is learned with my boyfriend's mother.



  1. Cook the noodles. Slightly cooked. Put in cold water. The meat is fried.

  2. Beans first with a little oil for a while. It’s soft to the beans.

  3. Remove the beans. Stir the small red pepper rings in the remaining oil. Then pour the cooked meat into it.

  4. Stir fry for a while, put the beans in. Put a proper amount of salt and soy sauce. Turn off the fire and put a little chicken.

  5. Pour the noodles into the fried dish. Steam on the basket for 15-20 minutes.

  6. (Or) pour a little noodle soup in the pot and simmer the noodles and vegetables in the pot for 10 minutes.


Beans must be cooked. Otherwise it is easy to be poisoned. So I like to pick up a bean. You can put vinegar and pepper when you eat.
