Before the second fermentation, I suddenly remembered that there was still no bean paste in the refrigerator. I took some and made this guy who should be called bean dregs and red bean bread. The result is very good~~

  1. Soymilk is placed in the microwave for 1 minute, warm and not hot, add yeast and stir for 5 minutes.

  2. The high pot is sifted into the high powder, and then all the materials except the oil are added and kneaded into a smooth dough. (The wood has a bread machine, handmade...)

  3. Put the oil in the kneaded dough and round it again. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 13 hours. (It is said that it will take 12-72 hours. I am 13 hours this time.)

  4. The dough was taken out and allowed to stand at room temperature for half an hour. Sprinkle some high powder on the cutting board, divide the dough, and round (about 50g per dough)

  5. Relax for 15 minutes, use a rolling pin to make it thin, and see your personal preference to pack the right amount of red bean stuffing (I bought the ready-made, I have done it myself, in fact, I have done a better taste), close face down.

  6. Put a piece of oil paper on the baking tray, evenly arrange the dough, and ferment for about 1 hour to twice the size. Finally, a small amount of high powder is applied to the surface sieve.

  7. Preheat the oven at 200 ° C and bake for 15 minutes. (For reference only. Our home is a large kitchen oven, 13 minutes is enough.)

Tips:

1. The first test, the refrigerated fermentation time personally feel that it can be extended in moderation, the next time to fight more soft ~ 2. Red bean paste has a sweet taste. If the uncooked dough is added, the amount of sugar can be added. I didn't put it for weight loss, haha. 3. Be careful not to eat too much at one time :P
