So beautiful, I fell in love with it. So I tried to make this beautiful flower.
Ready white bean paste, I bought Suwang's bean paste, very delicate.
Add the egg yolk and mix well with a silicone spatula.
A sieve was used to sieve 50 g of almond powder. Not too good to screen, patience. Pour in water and mix well with a silicone spatula.
Divide the mixed bean paste into large portions and small portions, add small portions to the matcha powder, and add the red yeast rice powder to the large portion. Bring your own satisfaction to the color and put it in the piping bag. The red one uses a 104-flowered flower mouth, and the green one uses a No. 1 garland. As shown on the right side of the figure above.
I started to spend a little, it’s a little handy, not particularly delicate, but I am quite satisfied, I am working hard to improve, oh~
It’s pretty good to put together one by one. At this time, the upper and lower tubes of the oven are preheated at 170 degrees.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes after warming up. Note that the temperature of the upper tube can be lowered as appropriate, otherwise the petals are easily roasted. After the surface has dried out, a baking tray can be placed on the top and changed to hot air baking. The purpose is to prevent the petals from being baked. (You can also try to stamp tin foil on the upper layer without baking pan)
It’s very beautiful after baking, haha

Packed and packaged, very beautiful!
1. The finished product is sweet, because the main ingredient is the sake of the bean paste, crisp, but a bit hard. Next time, try to improve, more crisp, more cookies. 2. Some say cookies, almond powder can be replaced with corn starch, and some can be replaced with low powder. I am going to try it next time. After all, almond powder is not cheap~
