This is a very fresh little muffin, the ingredients are very simple, and the method is super simple!
Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Place the paper cup in 12 regular size muffins.
In a large bowl, add flour, corn flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, and stir with a whisk. Add corn and basil. In the middle bowl, mix the milk, melt the butter and the eggs. Stir into a batter and evenly divide into paper cups.
Bake for 20 - 22 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes; move from the chassis to the cooling rack.
