Ready material
Wash the ducks clean (this is a must, I feel a little nonsense) After washing, put a small salt for 15 minutes.
Put the duck in the pan and fry it, pour it all the way until it is oily, and pour off the excess oil! There is a little oil left in the pot! (Because I feel that the duck oil is too high for the sake of health, I want to remove the excess oil)
Add garlic, ginger, cardamom, stir fry until ginger and garlic to scent and add 2 tablespoons of black pepper juice, a little soy sauce, soy sauce, small sugar, stir fry evenly! Then add the right amount of water to boil and stir fry! Turn to a small fire for about 30 minutes! (Don't be too much at the beginning of the release. The process can be based on your own taste and try to ask if you have enough flavor to add a little soy sauce.)
Finally, add the onion, coriander, and basil, stir fry evenly, add the raw water and stir fry evenly (this step is to make the duck juice and taste)
