In the traditional vanilla Caska ice cream, the sweetness of the banana and the mellowness of the rum are mixed. Don't miss out on eating bananas! If you are doing it for children, don't let it go! If you don't have rum, brandy, wine, you can try to replace it. Develop yourself!
Vanilla pods are cut open and vanilla seeds are scraped.
Add milk to the small pot, heat the pods together with the vanilla seeds, and turn off the heat until it is about to boil.
When cooking milk, send the egg yolk and sugar together to the white color.
The boiled milk is added to the egg yolk paste several times. Stir while stirring.
The egg milk mixture is poured back into the small pot. Put it back on the fire and heat it on a small fire. 80 to 85 directly. Turn off the fire. I usually turn off the fire immediately at 82 degrees and pour it back into the basin.
Banana chopped, mixed with rum and lemon juice.
Add in the cooked Caska sauce
Add whipped cream and mix well. Cool the ice water. Or put it in the refrigerator for two hours until it is completely cooled.
Start the ice cream machine, and when the stirring leaves start to rotate, slowly pour the cooled ice cream into the machine. Stir for about 20 minutes.
Stir the finished ice cream.
Pack into a suitable container, enter the freezer in the freezer, and freeze.
