The banana itself is quite sweet, replacing the sugar with honey, which not only reduces the sugar intake, but also sweet and delicious. Adding whipped cream, the ice cream tastes smoother, but because of the poor fluidity, bubbles appear. After pouring into the mold, it will be ok after a few shocks.
Sliced bananas, with milk, lemon juice, honey (the amount of honey depends on personal taste, I used a spoonful) to break into banana milk.
Send the cream until it appears to be textured.
Mix the banana milk with the cream and mix well.
Another banana slice is placed on the inside of the ice cream mold. Pour 3 liquid into the ice cream mold, place in the refrigerator, and freeze for about 4 hours.
When demoulding, the ice cream mold can be immersed in cold water for about ten seconds.
