  5. Pour the flour mixture and walnuts into a good sieve and mix with a rubber spatula until completely mixed without any visible particles and the walnuts are evenly distributed.

  6. Pour the batter into the mold, smooth the surface, and bake in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

  7. After taking it out of the oven, place the mold directly on the cooling rack for 30 minutes, then take out the bread and continue to cool. Wrap with plastic wrap when there is residual temperature, and slice when eating. It can be stored for 3 days at room temperature.

The bread itself is not very sweet, and there will be no taste after the reduction; the amount of oil is the key to ensure the moistness, less than this amount will not taste good. 3. Creme fraiche can be replaced with ordinary sour cream or greek yogurt, which is very thick and unsweetened. At present, I have tried the truth of the light and there is not much problem. 4. Don't like cinnamon. In fact, the cinnamon flavor is not obvious but it can increase the aroma. I am also a person who hates cinnamon to the degree of nausea, but this one feels a little more fragrant after trying it. 5. The more mature the banana, the better.
