Originally, I wanted to add bananas on the basis of ordinary Si Kang. I think if there is more liquid, it would be too sticky. So I put the banana first, then I found that the banana was slightly sticky, so I didn’t put a drop of water behind. It tastes like the usual Si Kang, and there is a strong banana flavor! Wow~~~~Love Banana~~~
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature
Mix low powder, sugar, salt, baking powder
Pour the powder from the previous step into the butter pot and knead it into a coarse grain. Remember to mix it!
Add 50g of egg liquid, crushed banana puree, and stir into a dough. The dough is slightly wet, a little sticky. Oh, the oven is preheated 180 degrees.
After forming a group, stick the flour on the hand, press the dough into a 1cm thick cake, cut into small pieces as you like, put it in the baking tray, and brush the egg liquid.
Into the oven, the middle layer, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, the surface can be colored
Bananas can be pressed into mud, or you can leave some small particles. If you feel that the dough is dry or wet, you can add flour or milk at random. I originally prepared the yogurt, but the dough is slightly sticky. Just give up the must-have banana! My family's eggs are relatively small, so I used two. If your egg is too big, one is enough.
