Wash and peel the potatoes, carefully cut the slices with a knife, do not cut them underneath. (You can cut the chopsticks)
Sprinkle a little salt, black pepper, some olive oil, and wrap it in tin foil. Bake the oven 180 degrees for half an hour. The potatoes are soft and ripe. Take out the tin foil.
