Chinese cabbage is washed and cut into sections, sliced with bacon, and the fans are soaked in water.
From the pan, stir-fry the ginger, then add the cabbage, stir fry until the water
Pour the cabbage into the shabu-shabu and add the water without the cabbage.
Add boiled meat and boil for 5 minutes.
Add fans and seasonings, then suffocate for 5 minutes, out of the pan
