Pour the water of the mushrooms a little, about the amount of a bowl in the small bowl, mainly when the sauce is thick, fear of scorching, add a little water to dilute, then fry for four or five minutes, stir fry Dry, stir-fry until thick and shiny.
Then pour the peanuts into the mix and mix well.
The ingredients in the fried sauce can be added and replaced according to your own needs. This time I used diced meat, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and can also add fragrant dried diced (in fact, I went to the market or forgot to buy fragrant dried glutinous rice), diced chicken can be used. Ding instead, my mother added some shrimp when I made this fried sauce, I did not put it. In the summer, when I made this fried sauce, I didn’t use bamboo shoots instead of white rice.
