Avocado sushi is light and nutritious, and the combination of soft avocado and sour and sweet sushi rice and seaweed is a perfect match. (Steps are added later)
Mix rice vinegar, salt, sugar and rice evenly. According to your taste, the taste can be slightly heavier.
Let the rice cool and tiling on the seaweed, you don't have to cover it completely, otherwise the rice will be too much.
Break the avocado from the middle, go to the Hu, dig it with a spoon about 1cm wide, and lay it tightly on the rice.
Roll up the seaweed and gently press it inward while using the thumb. Cut it off again.
