  1. Add the sugar to the avocado meat and use a whisk to beat the fluff.

  2. Add the egg mixture in portions and continue to beat evenly. (It doesn't have to be as strict as making a pound cake, but it's better to have an electric egg beater to fully blend)

  3. Add mixed sieved low-powder, baking powder and baking soda, preheat the oven at 170 °C.

  4. Into the mold (batter is thick), baked in the oven at 170 ° C for 35-40 minutes.

The amount of powdered sugar can be controlled by myself. I only put 40-50g. If the sugar powder is changed to fine sugar, the amount needs to be reduced. Just according to the taste of the general cake, about 60 sugar powder is estimated to be more suitable.
