Omelet is almost like a mushroom before I like it. I like it with mushrooms and egg skin. I want to add a mushroom and avocado to make a sushi. The pot I use is thick. Rectangular pot if other size pots have to adjust the amount of formula 喔
Prepare the ingredients, slice the mushrooms, add the eggs to the salt, add black pepper, and milk. Half avocado peeled.
I used the kind of thick egg roll, open the medium fire, add the hot pot, fry the mushroom, add a drop of salt, black pepper is the kind of picture above, probably twisted two or three times and then put it up, The mushroom will effluent, and the juice filter must be used for this step. Otherwise, the shape of the egg roll will be wet and it will not look good.
Then use a kitchen paper to wipe the pot. The wok mushroom is easy to open in the dark, add some oil, gently wipe it with kitchen paper and wipe off the excess oil. Pour the first egg liquid, just enough to flatten the pot, this time it is best to turn the fire down. Put the mushroom that was just fried in one-third position (see the picture below).
Then roll it up from the bottom, then the second layer, pour the egg liquid, pick up the first layer slightly and let the egg liquid run under the first layer of the roll, then roll it up, and so on, about 3-4 layers
After the egg roll is fried, cut the avocado slices and put them on the egg roll according to your preferred size~ Okay~
Avocado is recommended to add sour cream or tuna salad for a little bit. The whole taste and level will be improved~
