Whole grains are the foundation of health and the cornerstone of health. There are three good grains: prevent disease, prevent health and prevent toxins; make the body slim and healthy. Adding brown rice and rice, it tastes better than pure buckwheat rice. You can also add other miscellaneous grains and mix it with your favorite fruits and vegetables.
Buckwheat (three-color buckwheat used by me), rice, and brown rice are washed clean and placed in a rice cooker like the usual glutinous rice. Corn or other fruits and vegetables are cooked for use.
Avocado chooses the lower skin color which is better and deeper. The top two greens are not yet cooked, and can be eaten for a few more days.
