  1. Wash the wakame with water for 10~20 minutes, remove and use

  2. Cut the beef/pork into small diced meat or directly with the meat, add the minced garlic, soy sauce and season.

  3. Pour a little sesame oil into the pan and stir fry for 2 minutes.

  4. Put the wakame in the rinse water and continue to stir fry for 3 minutes.

  5. Add pure water and cook for 5 minutes on high heat. After opening the lid, you can smell the scent of the wakame.

  6. Then add a spoonful of Korean soy bean paste, minced garlic, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add 6 months of soy sauce, pepper, and a little salt.

Tips:

Be sure to choose a wakame, it is easier to soft.
