The requirements for making this material are very simple, and the leftovers left in the house can be added as ingredients. I use eggs, dried mushrooms, bacon, leftover spiced beef, and a yellow sprout heart.
Boil the water and add rice noodles. Wait for the rice noodles to boil, then cool with cold water and then remove.
Wash the dried mushrooms, then soften them with water and slice. After the mushrooms are kept in the water, they are tasted.
After the pot is hot, pour in oil and sauté the eggs.
The mushrooms are forced out by hand, and then put together in the pot.
Add the bacon, beef and yellow sprouts together and stir fry. (Because the meat on my side is cooked, as long as it is hot, if it is raw, you need to fry the eggs, then use the remaining oil to fry the meat first)
Add rice noodles, add soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar, then continue frying until the color is even.
