I like the assorted fried rice in the kindergarten. I didn’t like carrots when I was a child. The taste mixed with cooked cucumbers is not very good.   1. Carrots, cucumbers, and luncheon meat are cut into small dices. The green beans are thawed and washed, and the eggs are broken up. The leftover rice is simmered in a microwave oven for one minute.

  2. Stir the oil in the pot and fry the eggs. After the eggs are molded, remove them. Don't fry them too much, because they will enter the pot in a while.

  3. Pour a little oil into the pot, stir fry the lunch diced meat on a small fire (not too much oil, and the meat from the lunch). Stir fry for about 2 minutes, stir fry the carrots, stir fry for about 2 minutes, and see the lunch. The meat is slightly yellow and the color is poured into the green beans and stir fry.

  4. After the green beans are discolored, turn to medium heat, add rice, stir fry a few times and then add the eggs. Stir the rice with other ingredients, stir the cucumber, turn off the heat, and put 2g of salt.


The purpose of adding scrambled eggs after adding rice is because there is a lot of oil in the egg to help the rice stir fry, so do not put too much oil in the fried rice, the oil in the egg should also be included, otherwise it will be too greasy.
