It’s cool and convenient to get a cold noodle in the summer. I used to scouring some dried sesame leaves in the past few days. In fact, I don’t know much about this kind of dried vegetables. I used it to make it, and it tasted good. The leaves are bitter and somewhat smoked and need to be washed several times.

  1. Cooked soba noodles, too cold water (preferably put some cold water in the refrigerator)

  2. Sesame leaves soak for half an hour, boil for a few minutes with boiling water, pick up, pour off the boiled water. Then boil for a few minutes with fresh water, pick up, and also pass cold water.

  3. Soba and sesame leaves are served on a plate, topped with chili oil, salt, sesame oil, scallions, and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
