Recipe: Arugula Salami Thin Pizza

Home Cooking Recipe: Arugula Salami Thin Pizza

The thin-bottomed pizza has a low intake of raw food and has a mouthful of brushed cheese. It is my favorite.

  1. First make the dough at the bottom of the cake. Mix high powder and salt into olive oil. Mix the yeast with warm water, pour it into the flour, and smooth it. Cover with a cloth towel and ferment in a warm place.

  2. Make a pizza sauce when the dough is fermented. The bottom of the tomato is crossed into boiling water for 15 seconds, and the pot is peeled and cut into small pots. Cut the onion into small dices. The garlic is minced.

  3. Heat the wok and melt the butter. Pour in the minced garlic and onion, stir-fry the sauté and turn the onion into a transparent color. Add the tomato diced fire and stir fry.

  4. Add all the seasonings except salt and continue to stir fry. After the tomatoes have a lot of juice, turn to low heat and cover and cook for about 15 minutes. During this time, stir the lid and stir fry to avoid the pan.

  5. After 15 minutes, look at the consistency of the sauce. If it is not thick enough, turn to the fire and collect the juice. The pizza sauce must be cooked to make pizza easier. Add salt before turning off the fire and adjust the taste according to your taste.

  6. After the dough is almost twice as large, cut into two portions. When you use a wrap and wrap it in the next time to make a pizza, you can use it directly to make the cake bottom frozen.

  7. Drain the dough and round it. Press the flat mass with the palm of your hand, but the edge is always slightly higher for the dike. Then use two flats on the dough to slowly expand around, until the size is about the same, gently lift the face to the light with both hands, open your fingers and slowly cast the dough until the thickness is almost even. At this point the edge is still slightly higher.

  8. The oven is preheated to 220 degrees. After the bottom of the cake is finished, a layer of pizza sauce, a layer of cheese, a layer of salami and a layer of cheese are piled up, and baked in the oven for 15 minutes. Add the arugula after the oven.

Thin-bottom pizzas generally do not need to be placed in a pizza dish, and they are placed directly on the slate. If you are willing to use a pizza plate, my slate has not yet arrived, so it is directly placed on the silicone mat, so the bottom is definitely better than the effect on the slate. A lot worse, but it is already very crisp and very fragrant. Because I have to eat it for the children, I didn’t burn it very much. If I like to focus more, I can extend it a little longer.
