  1. Heat a small amount of olive oil in the pot, add onion and fry for about 10 minutes to caramelize.

  2. Add the diced potatoes and garlic cloves together for about five minutes.

  3. Add arugula, zucchini or peas and stir fry until broth or water. After boiling for another five minutes, season with salt and black pepper.

  4. Put the vegetables and broth together in the cooking machine and whipped them into a paste.

  5. Add cream or rusks to your liking.


Because of the overall reduction, I feel that the whole cooking time is not so long. Onions don't have to be fried for ten minutes. Caramel can be used.
