When apricots mature, many of them are rotten. It’s a pity, but the ripe apricots are delicious, so it’s best to make jams.
Apricot peeled and cut into small pieces

Cook in a small pot, cook over low heat, carefully add honey to the inside.
When you cook it until it is thick, you can put rock sugar. Then you can taste it.
Finally, I put it in a clean bottle. I just use the salad bottle directly.
