Wash and cut the dragon fish, marinate it with cooking wine for 20 minutes, tofu, oyster mushroom, sliced green onion, ginger and shredded.
The tofu, oyster mushrooms are fried in medium heat and put into the dish.
After hot oil, add the onion slices and stir fry a few times, then pour the marinated good dragon fish and ginger into the pot and quickly poke open.
Add the right amount of water to the pot, then pour the fried tofu and oyster mushrooms, put a proper amount of soy sauce, and simmer until the dragon fish is cooked.
The tofu is cut into thin slices, and the oyster mushrooms are cut into thick slices.
