Making Sweet - Homemade Apple Sauce
Wash the apples, peel and core, cut into small pieces or slices, soak in light brine for 10-15 minutes
Take a small stockpot, add the freshly soaked apple, sprinkle half the amount of white sugar, then pour a little water, cook over medium heat until the apple is soft and rotten, and it is transparent. Don't forget to stir it often. Clear water can be added at any time according to the situation of cooking
After the apple is cooked, let it cool down a little, put it into a blender, and beat the mud and jam.
Then pour the jam into the pot, add the other half of the white sugar, and then squeeze some lemon juice according to the situation and taste, continue to stir while stirring. Then put it in a clean container and put it in the refrigerator for half a day to 1 day. The apple sauce made by yourself can be used to wipe bread and yoghurt.
You can choose apples that are slightly sour. If the apples are not sour, squeeze some lemon juice to add acidity. The amount of granulated sugar can be controlled to about 1/2 or 1/3 of the apple after peeling and core.
