Recently, there are more apples in my home. I want to eat them quickly. I went to the website to search and see that this is quite creative. I moved over~ I made it almost like a fruit.
Wash 4 medium-sized apples, peel them, and cut into small pieces.
Put the apple in the pan and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the apples are soft.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat and occasionally stir.
Pour the mixture into a blender until it is well stirred. Pour into a baking tray with oiled paper and use a spatula to wipe the mixture onto a thin layer. (You can drop the baking tray on the counter several times to make it evenly distributed.)
Preheat the oven at 77 degrees, bake for 2-3 hours, or until it doesn't stick your fingers (you need to check its status regularly). After baking, cut them into strips, put them in wax paper or roll them up. Stored in a closed container.
