The crispy tender meatballs are a reserved item for every family in New Year. It is no exaggeration to say that it is a home-cooked dish. As a busy office worker, I usually make some meatballs to freeze them. When I want to eat them, I can thaw them. It can be fried and cooked. As a cheese control, I combined the Chinese and Western practices to include Anjia cheese slices in the home-cooked meatballs. After high-temperature frying, the crispy meatballs are wrapped with rich milky cheese and served with sour and sweet tomato juice. Every bite goes down and is very satisfying!
All materials are ready.
Add the beef chop and pork chop to the large bowl, add cooking wine, eggs, salt, black pepper and bread crumbs, and chop the chopsticks in one direction until the meat is sticky. (You can add a small amount of water slowly)
3 pieces of Anjia cheese slices are stacked and cut into small pieces.
Take the meat broth about 35-40G first into a group in the palm of your hand, use a finger to lick a hole and stuff it into the Anjia cheese piece.
Close, round. Tile on the plate and put it in the refrigerator for more than 10 minutes to shape.
Relax the oil in the pan, fry the meatballs, fry over medium heat until all sides are browned and picked up. Be careful not to be too big here to avoid the meatballs being cooked outside and not cooked yet.
Then come to stir the tomato sauce: the tomato is cut into the water and cooked in the water. Put the chopped tomatoes in a small amount of oil and fry until soft, add tomato sauce and half a bowl of water to boil.
Add the cheese meatballs and simmer for 3 minutes until the soup is thick.
The plate can be decorated with some parsley. Cheese stuffed meatballs are satisfying every bite!
Meat stuffing with beef chops can add flavor and taste better than pure pork. Refrigeration in the refrigerator helps the meatballs to be shaped, and the fried balls are better to sell! The heat of the fried meatballs should be well controlled. The oil temperature should be 6 7 minutes to get the meatballs. The fire should not be too big to prevent the meatballs from being cooked outside.
