The crispy and crispy food of the shortbread is absolutely loved by everyone. However, I thought that every time I made it, I had to go through a series of tedious production processes such as kneading, waking up, smashing, folding, etc., and the interest I wanted to eat was immediately lost. Today, I will teach you a little trick, using the ready-made spring rolls or cakes that you can buy in the market to make shortbread. Not only is it super fast, but because the spring rolls are thin and have some toughness, the taste of the fried is even crisper than the hand cake. More importantly, this time we also used Anjia's small box of unsalted butter instead of traditional lard. The small 1 box is just used up once, and it is very convenient to buy in the supermarket. It not only saves the trouble of own lard, but also has a little more fragrant smell of the finished product. For the dish, it can be said that it is the finishing touch.
First prepare all the ingredients. This time we used Anjia unsalted butter instead of lard.
First place Anjia Unsalted Butter at room temperature to soften it naturally for easy application. Wash the shallots and cut into chopped green onions, and cut the ham into small dices.
Use a spoon to apply a thin layer of softened Anjia unsalted butter on the spring rolls.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and ham.
Cover the other spring rolls and gently press them to make them fit tightly with the viscosity of the butter.
Repeat the previous steps, apply a layer of Anjia unsalted butter, sprinkle with chopped green onion and ham diced on the second crust, then fold it from 1/3 and fold it in half. There is a 6-layer crust inside such a shortbread.
Heat the oil in the pan, put the folded cake into the oil, and fry until golden on both sides.
After the pan is out, you can take it directly or cut it into small pieces.
1. If the folded shortbread is not directly fried, it can be directly sent to the freezer of the refrigerator for freezing. Take it out when you want to eat it. You don't need to thaw it. Just fry it in a pan until it is crispy. This means that you can prepare a lot of semi-finished products, and when you want to eat it, you can take it out of the refrigerator and get it fast. 2. The ham diced itself has a salty taste, so the shortbread is no longer salted. If you use other light ingredients instead of ham, you can sprinkle a little bit of salt on the chopped green onion, or use Anjia salted butter instead of Anjia unsalted butter.
