I saw a lot of bloggers who have made quiche. I have done it before, but like this, all the eggs and vegetables are together. I have never done it. It seems that others are doing very delicious. I used amaranth to do it. I only recently learned that this dish is called leeks. I am really embarrassed. Because for more than two decades, I have called it to be sweaty with others. Until I watched the bloggers say the leek, I went around to check it out and found out that we also eat leek, but we all call it khan. When I was young, when I didn't want to eat, the adults used this dish to stir it and mix it in the children's rice. The rice grain turned into a beautiful purple-red color, so the rice was eaten clean after a lure.
After washing the leek, cut it
Eggs are broken, added flour and starch
Add the chopped leeks, stir well, add some salt
Pan the oil, pour it, flatten it, and fry it.
