Leek picking and cleaning
a piece of northern tofu, the surface is washed and cut into a diced shape to prepare two egg whites.
Put a little salt and a few drops of oil in the pot, quickly simmer the leeks, remove the cold water and control the dry water.
Cut the leeks into pieces, squeeze excess water into the bowl, and put the tofu into the bowl.
Add appropriate amount of white pepper, a teaspoon of cornstarch, minced garlic, sesame oil, pour into the egg white and mix well, then add salt and stir.
Pour the oil into the pot and heat it. Use a spoon to make the pellets. When the oil is hot, turn into the meatballs.
Boil until the surface is golden.
Fried meatballs are eaten directly or foraged with other spices.
