  1. Adjust the fish gelatin powder with a small amount of water.

  2. Pour the almond powder into a large bowl, shake it with 250ml of boiling water, and stir for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Pour in the prepared fish gelatin powder and mix well.

  4. The milk should be warm in advance, pour the hot milk into the previous bowl and continue to stir for 3 minutes.

  5. Pour the mixed mixture into the mold, cool it and put it in the refrigerator.

  6. Add some sugar osmanthus sauce or other jams when you eat. Because I used sweet milk, I ate it directly.
