Usually there is always a lot of work, there is almost no time to get dinner, so my choice is to do some food that can be done in minutes, such as - curry pork ribs. With a ready-made curry block, you can cook a rich curry with a little tweak; while pork chops are delicious, eggs and bread crumbs are important.
Cut the potatoes, onions, and carrots and cut the hobs;
After the pork chops are washed, use the kitchen paper towel to absorb too much water, use the back of the knife to loosen the pork chops, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and marinate for about 15 minutes;
Prepare three plates, each with broken egg liquid, flour and bread crumbs;
The pork chops are filled with flour, egg liquid and bread crumbs in order;
Take a pot, put a little oil, sauté the onions until transparent, add carrots and potatoes and stir fry; add about 400ML of water and coffee to cook until thick;
Take another pot, heat the oil, first open the fire to lock the pig drain, and then turn to the small fire to fry the pork ribs to two sides golden;
Use a kitchen towel to remove excess oil from the pork chops and cut the pork chops into strips;
Take a plate, put a bowl of rice, put the pork chop, and pour the stewed curry;
Wash the small green vegetables, then set aside the pork chops.
